Installation is part of the package
The 999 AED package includes the Primlinc Linux IPTV box, one year of the subscription, and installation at your home. You can also ask for a free demonstration before you decide. Call or WhatsApp 052 434 6367 and say which emirate you are in.
If you would rather see the box first, the shop is at Shop 102, Building 12, Naif Bazaar, Deira, Dubai. Home installation is still available across the UAE. The shop visit and the home visit are two ways to start, not two different products.
What to prepare
Have the television switched on and a working home internet connection. Leave space around the box so it can get air. If the television sits inside a cabinet, open the doors during the visit. Keep the order reference nearby if you already have one.
The exact ports on this model are still confirmed on the paperwork, not guessed on the website. The installer uses the cable that matches the box you receive. Do not buy a second remote or a special cable until someone from UKTVUAE says you need one.
The first evening
After the picture appears, ask for the subscription end date in writing. The first year is included. The following year is 600 AED and does not include another box. Note that date with the order.
Use only the service details UKTVUAE gives you for your order. Ignore portal addresses, playlists, and passwords offered by anyone else. The setup guide on this site lists the same checks without asking you to change your network to look like another country.
Who does the work
Home installation is included in the 999 AED package. You do not need a separate technician from a marketplace. The visit can follow a free demonstration, so you see the Primlinc box on your own television before you decide. Say which emirate you are in when you call 052 434 6367. Customers in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the northern Emirates use the same package. They do not need a different product page.
If the building has a reception desk, ask whether the installer must be named in advance. If you live in a villa community, say whether the gate needs a resident to approve entry. Those details change the timing of the visit. They do not change the Linux box or the price.
Checks before the installer leaves
Watch three things happen: the box has power, the television is on the correct input, and the service loads against your order. Then ask for the subscription end date in writing. The first year is the year inside the 999 AED package. The following year is 600 AED and does not include another visit or another box.
Leave the cables where they were when the picture was steady. The most common blank screen the next day is the television sitting on a different input. If the picture freezes, pause other heavy use on the same internet connection and test again. A minimum speed is not published. A very weak line can still interrupt playback. The box itself is a direct connection to the UKTVUAE server, not an Android app.
After you travel
The same Primlinc box can be used outside the UAE wherever you have internet. Take the power adapter that was supplied, and use the connection method written on your paperwork. Do not follow a setup note written for a different brand, and do not enter a portal address sent by someone else.
If you move house inside the UAE, the hardware stays the same and the internet connection may not. Tell UKTVUAE the new address if a later support visit would otherwise be booked at the old one. The subscription stays with the box. It is not a second package. Picture faults after a good first evening belong on the troubleshooting page, not in a new order. The hardware warranty is 1 year from the installation, so keep that date with the subscription end date. They are different clocks. A fault in the box during that warranty year is a support call, not a reason to buy a second package. Call 052 434 6367 with the order reference.
