Terms and conditions
Using this website does not create an order. A contract exists only when UKTVUAE confirms the goods, the price, the subscription period if any, and the delivery terms in writing and you accept that confirmation.
The parties
The website is operated under the name UKTVUAE at https://uktvuae.com. The registered legal name is not published. The trade licence is not published. You should not pay until you know who you are paying.
The website
Pages describe a Linux-based IPTV box and the way to enquire about subscriptions. Unpublished specifications, prices, and policies are labelled as unconfirmed. They are not an offer to sell at a blank price. Illustrations are not photographs of the product unless a caption says they are.
Enquiries and payment
The contact form checks your details. If it reports that the message was not sent, no order process has started. There is no online payment. Any later payment method, deposit, or balance must be stated in the quote. Delivery and warranty follow the delivery and returns position and the quote, not a guess.
The catalogue
UKTVUAE describes the subscription as 57,000 channels, 108,000 series and 198,000 movies, with new titles added on the server regularly, grouped by country. Those figures are the business’s description of the current server. They are not a promise that a named programme will be present on a given day. The website does not use broadcaster names or logos.
The shop
The published place of business is Shop 102, Building 12, Naif Bazaar, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Opening hours are not published. Call 052 434 6367 before you travel. A contract is still the written confirmation, not a visit alone.
Subscriptions
The first year is included in the 999 AED package. The following year is 600 AED. A subscription period ends when the confirmation says it ends. Renewal does not include a new box. Stopping the service does not transfer ownership of any television content.
Lawful use
UKTVUAE must only supply television services it is entitled to supply. You must only use services that are lawful where you are. The site does not authorise unofficial playlists, another provider’s portal, or any claim that UKTVUAE is the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, or another broadcaster. It is not affiliated with them.
Liability for site content
Product facts are limited to what is marked as confirmed. You should rely on the written quote for a purchase, not on a search snippet. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. A quote you have already accepted is governed by the confirmation you received, not by a later silent edit. Privacy handling is described in the privacy policy.
