The Primlinc box is a Linux IPTV set-top box with a direct connection to the UKTVUAE server. The current package includes the box, a 1-year subscription, home installation, and a 1-year warranty. It can be used outside the UAE wherever there is internet.
Confirmed facts are in the table. Everything in the unpublished list is absent on purpose. When a manufacturer sheet arrives, each label should be replaced with a value copied from that sheet, including the unit, such as gigabytes or the port name. Do not fill a gap with a figure from a similar box.
Keep three purchases distinct in your own notes. The box is hardware you keep. The subscription is a period that ends. The renewal is another period, priced when you ask for it. A bundle is only those first two sold together. If a message blends them into one “package” with no end date, ask for the split before you pay.

The picture is the box’s own output, which is a different setup from an Android IPTV app. A specific resolution is published only when the specification sheet confirms it. When the subscription year ends, the box remains yours and the service needs a renewal if you still want it.
That split matters. A bundle price, once it exists, should say whether it includes the box and how many months of service. The 999 AED package is the box, one year of that connection, and installation at your home. It was 1,250 AED. A free demonstration is available before you commit, at your home, in any emirate. The hardware warranty is 1 year. The following year is 600 AED for the subscription only. A pixel resolution, including whether the box is 4K, stays off this page until a specification sheet confirms it. Ports, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet are in the unpublished list for the same reason.
You can use the same box outside the UAE wherever you have internet. The subscription stays with the device. It does not need a playlist from anyone else, and this site will not ask you to pretend your connection is in another country. Countries in the library are described on the channels page. The fields below are intentionally unpublished. They are not hidden specifications and they are not guesses. When the business supplies a manufacturer sheet, these labels can be filled from that sheet alone.
Use the box with a television that accepts the video connection on the device, and with a home internet connection stable enough for the service you buy. Because the ports are not confirmed, UKTVUAE cannot yet say HDMI, optical audio, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi are present. Read the compatibility page before you assume a cable you already own will fit.
After delivery, connect power and picture using the parts that were actually supplied, join the network by the method in your paperwork, and ask UKTVUAE to activate the subscription against your order reference. Do not enter portal addresses or playlists from anyone else. The setup guide stays general until the model’s menus are known.
