What a proper quote contains

An incomplete quote says “IPTV package” and one number. A complete quote can be checked line by line: box amount, subscription amount, length, renewal amount, delivery, and warranty. You should be able to remove the subscription line and still understand the hardware price. That is the comparison this page is for. Other sites publish AED figures UKTVUAE has not verified, so those figures are not a price for this box.

When you enquire, ask for one message that a reasonable customer can compare. It should separate the hardware from the service period, name the emirate, and state the delivery charge even if that charge is zero. It should also say when the subscription ends and what renewal will cost if you continue.
