Order a Linux IPTV box from Dubai

What is different in Dubai

The box is the Primlinc Linux IPTV box described on the product page. In Dubai you can see it at Shop 102, Building 12, Naif Bazaar, Deira, or book a free demonstration at home. Installation is included in the 999 AED package. Call or WhatsApp 052 434 6367 before you travel.

The shop is in Deira, not in every district. If you want the box installed at a tower or a villa, say so when you book. You do not need to send a full address until you accept the visit. Home installation is available in Dubai and in the other Emirates.

Prepare the television and the connection

Dubai homes commonly use fibre broadband from a licensed UAE provider. The box needs that home connection, or another connection you are allowed to use. A recommended speed is not published, because it has not been measured for this product. If the television is inside a cabinet, leave ventilation. The exact ports are still unconfirmed, so keep the quote’s cable list with the order.

Building rules vary. Some towers ask couriers to leave parcels at reception. Some villa communities use a separate gate. Mention that when you enquire so the delivery note matches the building, rather than assuming a driver can reach the door.

Subscription questions from Dubai

A Dubai address does not change the subscription rules. The first year is inside the 999 AED package. The next year is 600 AED. Countries, movies, and series are described on the channels page. UKTVUAE does not print broadcaster names. If you want television from a particular country, say so before you pay.

Setup after a Dubai delivery

When the installer finishes, or when the parcel arrives if you arranged collection, check it against the packing list. Then use the setup guide. Home installation is part of the 999 AED package. For picture or network faults, start with troubleshooting.

What to put in a Dubai enquiry

Write Dubai as the emirate, then add the kind of building rather than a full address: tower with a reception desk, villa with a community gate, or hotel apartment. Say whether a driver has reached you before, and whether you want the box only or a bundle. If the television is not a recent flat screen, say so, because the port on this box is still unconfirmed.

A useful reply names a delivery window you can actually meet, a charge, and what happens if reception will not accept parcels. It does not need your passport or card number. Share the full address only after you accept the quote.

Naif, or a visit at home

The shop is in Deira, at Shop 102, Building 12, Naif Bazaar. That is the right stop if you want to see the Primlinc box before you book. It is a poor plan if you live in a tower elsewhere in Dubai and only need the television connected. In that case, book the free home demonstration. Installation is included in the 999 AED package. Say whether reception needs the installer’s name, or whether a villa gate needs a resident to approve entry. Call 052 434 6367 before you travel to Naif, because opening hours are not published.

Dubai Marina, Downtown, Jumeirah, and the other districts are not separate shop locations. They are addresses for the same home visit. Do not treat a district name as a second branch. The national product, price, and Linux setup are on the IPTV box UAE page.

Apartments and villas

Apartment deliveries often stop at the lobby. Ask whether the quote includes a second trip if the concierge turns the driver away. Villa communities may require a gate code or a resident name at the barrier. UKTVUAE has not published a list of communities it serves, so do not treat a well-known district name as proof of coverage. The same product rules apply in Abu Dhabi and the other Emirates; only the access note changes.

Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain use the same product and the same enquiry path. Their delivery answers belong on the quote, not on duplicate city pages. The national guide is IPTV box UAE. The Deira counter is the only published shop, and opening hours stay unpublished.
