Email for privacy requests is not published. Until an email exists, UKTVUAE cannot route a privacy request, and the contact form will say so if it cannot deliver.
What the form processes

- Emirate and the type of enquiry.
- The message you write.
- A consent confirmation that the details may be used to reply.
You are asked not to include payment card numbers. A hidden field is used to discard automated spam. There is no customer account and no marketing list on this website.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics product is installed. No advertising cookies are set by this site. Essential technical cookies may be set by the hosting platform. If analytics is added later, it should wait for a clear notice and a lawful basis, and this policy should be updated first.
WhatsApp and telephone
WhatsApp and click-to-call links are shown only when a real number is configured. Those services are provided by their own companies. A prefilled WhatsApp message can include the product option you selected. Do not use them for card details.
How long information is kept
Undelivered form submissions are not kept by the site. When a real inbox is connected, enquiry records should be kept only as long as needed to answer, to complete an order, and to meet any legal duty. That retention period must be added here before the inbox goes live.
Your requests
