How the library is described

The television side is grouped by country, so you can see the parts of the world UKTVUAE says it covers. The figures above are the business’s own description of the current server. They are not a promise that every station in a country is included, and they change as titles are added.

UKTVUAE is not a broadcaster in any of these countries. It is not the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, or Sky, and it does not put their names on this page as if they were the product. Content has to be supplied lawfully. Confirm what you want at Shop 102, Naif Bazaar before you pay.

What to ask before you order

Pick the countries you actually watch, then ask UKTVUAE to confirm those countries are on the server this week. The groups on this page are how the library is organised. They are not a promise that every station in a country is included, and they change as titles are added. A customer who wants television from the United Kingdom should say so. A customer who wants Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, or Arabic television should name that country in the same way. Call 052 434 6367 or ask at the Deira shop.

The counts are UKTVUAE’s description of the current server: 57,000 channels, 108,000 series and 198,000 movies. They are not an audited measurement published by a broadcaster, and they are not copied from another seller’s advert. New titles are added regularly. The box reaches that library by a direct connection to the UKTVUAE server. The same box can be used outside the UAE wherever you have internet.

The first year of that connection is inside the 999 AED package, with the Primlinc box and home installation. The following year is 600 AED. Hardware questions, including ports and resolution, stay on the product page until a specification sheet exists. Ordering steps are on how it works.

Movies and series

Alongside the channels, UKTVUAE states 198,000 movies and 108,000 series. Film titles, posters, and episode names are not listed on this website. That keeps the page clear of other companies’ artwork. Ask for a current example of what is on the server if you are choosing the package for films rather than live television.

The library is reached through the Primlinc box and the subscription, not through a playlist from someone else. Setup stays on the setup guide. The price of the year is on the pricing page. If a title you expected is missing, ask the shop what was added recently rather than assuming the count is a fixed catalogue. The server is updated regularly, so yesterday’s answer can be out of date. Films and series are chosen the same way: name the country or the kind of programme, and ask what is on the server now. The photographs are of places. They are not channel logos or programme artwork.
