What a visit is for

Come to see the Primlinc Linux box and to ask which countries are on the server. Bring the questions you would otherwise put in a quote: the 999 AED package, the 600 AED renewal, and whether you want installation at home. If you already own a box from UKTVUAE, bring the order reference or the subscription end date. The shop can explain the direct server connection. It should not be asked to invent a resolution figure or a broadcaster list that this website does not print.

Parking, opening hours, and a trade-licence number are not published. Ask for the licence at the counter before you pay. Customers outside Dubai do not need to visit. Book the free home demonstration and the included installation by phone, and name the emirate.

At the shop or at home

In the shop you can look at the Primlinc box and ask about the countries on the server. Many customers still want the visit at home. The 999 AED package includes installation, and a free home demonstration is available across the UAE, not only in Dubai.

The legal company name and trade licence are not printed on this website. Ask to see them at the counter before you pay. There is no card checkout here.

The channels are described by country on the channels page. Setup steps are on the setup guide. Prices and the renewal are on the pricing page. If the counter is busy, the same answers are available on 052 434 6367. A visit is for the box and the current server, not for a printed programme guide.
