Delivery, returns, and warranty

Where enquiries are accepted

Customers may enquire from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain. Acceptance of an enquiry is not proof that a courier already serves that building. Remote communities, hotel apartments, and sites with strict reception rules need to be mentioned so the quote can allow for them.

Delivery charge and timing

The configured delivery charge is Price on request. Until a number replaces that label, expect the charge to be written on the quote, including when it is zero. Timing is an estimate in that quote, not a promise on this website. Dubai-specific access questions are discussed on the Dubai page.

Checking the parcel

Match the contents to the packing list. Missing promised parts should be reported before you treat the order as complete. Damage that is visible on arrival should be photographed. Because a returns process is not published, the quote needs to say how a damaged or incorrect unit is handled.

Returns

No cooling-off period is stated here, and none should be assumed. Consumer rights that apply to your purchase still depend on the seller’s legal identity, which is not published, and on the law that covers the sale. Do not rely on a generic “14 days” line that this site has not made.

Warranty

Warranty on the Primlinc box: 1 year. During that year, call or WhatsApp 052 434 6367 and describe the fault. A separate returns window is not published. Consumer rights that apply to the sale still depend on the seller’s legal identity, which is not yet on this site.

Subscriptions are not the box

Ending a subscription does not by itself create a right to return the hardware, and returning a box does not by itself refund a service period that was already used. Those outcomes belong in the quote. Renewal pricing is explained on the subscription page.
