What a subscription is

A subscription is a period of access through the Primlinc box. The first period is one year inside the 999 AED package. When that year ends, the box still powers on and the service can stop. The next year is 600 AED. That renewal price is published. It does not include a new box or a new installation.

The published way to start is the box and the first year together. If you already have a Primlinc box from UKTVUAE, say that you want the 600 AED renewal rather than a second package. A subscription for a different brand of box is not a published price. A valid subscription means the year has been paid and has not reached the end date on your note. The box can still switch on after that date. That is not the same thing as an active year. Renewing keeps the same Primlinc box on the same server connection.

What is not included automatically

• A second box, a second room, or extra simultaneous screens.
• A replacement remote or cables.
• A second installation visit after the one included in the 999 AED package.
• Broadcaster names, logos, or a promise that a named programme is on the server today.
• A recording function. Movies and series are part of the stated library; a personal recorder is not described.

English-language and British television

Searches for UK TV in the UAE, British TV in Dubai, and English television for residents are common. UKTVUAE answers them by country, not by broadcaster name. The channels page lists the United Kingdom with other countries. Ask which of those countries you need before you pay. Activation and renewal

Activation happens against your order, not against a code copied from a forum. Keep the order reference. Before the period ends, send a renewal enquiry if you want the service to continue. There is no automatic charge on this website, because there is no stored payment method.
