Where the shop is
The shop is Shop 102, Building 12, Naif Bazaar, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Naif Bazaar is in Deira, not a separate city. Use that full line if you are giving the address to a taxi driver.
Opening hours are not published. Call or WhatsApp 052 434 6367 before you travel so someone is there to show the box. The photograph on this page shows the market streets around Naif Bazaar. It is not a photograph of the shopfront.
What to ask for
Ask to see the Primlinc box and the current package: 999 AED for the box, one year, and home installation, down from 1,250 AED. Ask which countries you care about, and ask for the subscription end date to be written down if you order.
You do not have to buy in the shop. Many customers still want the free demonstration and the installation at home, including outside Dubai. Tell the shop your emirate.
What the shop will not be asked to invent
The legal company name and trade licence are still not printed on this website. Ask to see them at the counter before you pay. Email is also unpublished, so do not expect an email receipt from the website form.
UKTVUAE is not a broadcaster. The shop should describe the library by country and by the figures already on the channels page, not by another company’s logo.
Finding Naif Bazaar
Naif is a market district in Deira, on the Dubai side of the creek. Give the driver Building 12 and Shop 102 together. Naif Bazaar on its own is a neighbourhood, not the counter. The photograph on this page shows the covered lanes around that neighbourhood. It is not a photograph of the shopfront, and it should not be used as a landmark for the door.
Parking instructions are not published. If you are coming by metro or taxi, keep the phone number on the screen: 052 434 6367. Call when you are close if the building entrance is unclear. Opening hours are not on this website, so a visit without a call can find the counter unattended.
If you do not live in Deira
Most customers never need the shop. The free demonstration and the installation inside the 999 AED package happen at home, in Dubai and in the other Emirates. Use the shop when you want to see the Primlinc box in person, or when you are already in Deira and would rather talk at the counter than on the phone.
Dubai Marina, Downtown, Jumeirah, and the other districts are not extra branches. They are home-visit addresses. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain use the same box and the same price. Tell the shop the emirate so the visit is booked in the right place.
What to leave with
If you order at the counter, leave with the price, the end date of the year, and a note that the following year is 600 AED. The box you take is the Primlinc Linux unit. Installation at home can still be booked if you did not want the cables fitted in the shop. The warranty on the hardware is 1 year.
Do not leave card details on a scrap of paper, and do not expect the website form to email you a receipt. Email is unpublished. The telephone and the counter are the record. Ask to see the trade licence if it is not already in sight. The legal company name is not printed on this site.
